التواصل مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين عبر الهاتف للتعريف بمنتجات وخدمات الشركة.
تحديد احتياجات العملاء وتقديم الحلول والعروض المناسبة لهم.
الرد على استفسارات العملاء وتقديم المعلومات اللازمة بشكل احترافي.
التعامل باحترافية مع الاعتراضات وإقناع العملاء بالمنتجات والخدمات المقدمة.
متابعة طلبات العملاء والتنسيق مع الأقسام ذات العلاقة لضمان جودة الخدمة.
