We are seeking a specialized Credit and Mortgage Finance Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The primary responsibility of this role is to act as a professional liaison between clients, financing institutions, and the company, facilitating the financing process and accelerating property sales transactions
Responsibilities
تقديم الاستشارات المالية والتمويلية للعملاء فيما يخص التمويل العقاري والمنتجات الائتمانية
متابعة إجراءات طلبات التمويل من التقديم حتى الحصول على الموافقات النهائية.
مراجعة المستندات والتأكد من اكتمالها ودقتها وفق متطلبات الجهات التمويلية.
التنسيق مع البنوك وشركات التمويل والشركاء لضمان سرعة إنجاز المعاملات.
بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والمحافظة على مستوى عالٍ من رضاهم.
متابعة التحديثات والأنظمة المتعلقة بالتمويل العقاري والائتمان.
